The contents of the Market Excellence Welcome package and educational support (herein referred to as education) are supplied under license by Market Excellence, (referred to herein as the company).

On purchasing the Market Excellence service, the purchaser agrees that:
1. Financial Fixed Odds betting may not be suitable for everyone, therefore ensure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent financial advice if necessary.

2. No warranty or guarantee of profitability has been made, and no guarantee or warranty of any future profitability or results has been made.

3. The company takes no responsibility for loss resulting from the users however caused, either as a failure in the education, a failure in data delivery or of the information pass on to the user in running their own software or in following any of the methods described in correspondence.

4. On receiving the welcome package and using any of the services provided, the purchaser agrees not to copy, lend or to pass on the information onto other people. The Purchaser also agrees not to relay or transmit to any third party the content of the manual or any information regarding the business of Market Excellence other than in the normal course of using the welcome package and service. The purchaser also agrees to keep the proprietors indemnified against any costs and loses incurred by the proprietors, including the costs incurred enforcing these conditions, in the event of these terms and conditions not being met by the purchaser. The company reserves the right to alter, amend or change the content of the welcome package at any time.

5. Demonstrations of traders’ performance is available via public links to traders accounts or demonstration accounts. Decisions to purchase the service without the benefit of demonstration are made entirely at the purchasers own risk as no refunds will be made at any time.

6. Users ultimately make their own decisions about the merits or otherwise of following any of the information provided by market Excellence. Any information passed on by the Market Excellence service is not a recommendation, endorsement or advice on the merits of those positions. Actual results will vary depending on the users own implementation of the signals generated by the program and will be affected by considerations such as the actual orders placed, the time orders are placed, differences in fixed odds trading costs, actual starting bank, differences between fixed odds companies quoted prices, trading platform used etc.

7. The “Market Excellence welcome pack” consists of the following;

i) The Market Excellence welcome package.

ii) A description of the Market Excellence system and continuing education.

All information generated as a consequence of using the system is not intended, nor to be construed as offered by Market Excellence or their proprietors as specific trading or investment advice in any way, nor is it an endorsement or advice on the merits of implementing actual trades or fixed odds betting positions.
