I’m a total novice to trading, how easy is it to follow your fixed odds recommendations?
We have made a real effort to make sure that our welcome package fully and easily explains everything that you need to do. You will then receive frequent recommendations that are very clear and simple to follow.

What equipment do I need to start following your recommendations?
All you will really need is a home computer with an internet connection. There are no special software packages or other equipment that you require.

Do I really not have to pay any tax when fixed odds trading on the financial markets?
Like other forms of Fixed odds trading, there are absolutely no hidden charges or taxes to pay when trading on financial markets. (However like all tax laws, this is subject to long term change)

What happens if I join and I don’t have a recommendation for a few days, when would my membership start?
Sometimes the global financial markets can either undergo a quiet period or a period where they are in disarray. Our experts constantly analyse the markets and if they feel that there is an unacceptable risk placing a trade then we don’t give out recommendations, it’s that simple. Customer excellence is our top priority and as such we are very flexible in terms of our membership periods. We will happily extend the subscription period of any members who have not received a fair number of recommendations so that a profit can be seen.

So do I need to set up a fixed odds trading account with an online firm then?
Before you can actually start fixed odds trading you will need to open an account with a fixed odds trading company, these accounts operate in the similar way to a bank account. You will receive full details of how to do this in our welcome pack.

How much capital will I need to open an account and start trading?
We have recommended account balances on our sign up page.

Do I need to check my e-mails everyday?

For Martin's service:
Each day you’ll receive an email between 4.00 and 4.20 (European Markets) this will include an update on the markets, open trades and a new trade when conditions are right. In this email we'll also provide the % chance of there being a trade on the US markets. This will be sent out between 8.30 and 8.50 (US Markets). You will also receive text notifications straight to your mobile (including some international numbers, please ask for details).

For Arthur's service:
Arthur will send out 3-6 trades per month usually around 16.00 GMT. This may come on any day however. SMS updates are included for free.

Is there any risk involved?
As any professional stock market trader will tell you, there is always an element of risk involved. Market value can move in a way that no one predicted due to news or global circumstance. But remember our mission is to be the best so your risk will be minimised.

How often do trades happen?
Martin sends out 10 per month and Arthur sends out 3-6 per month.

Is it gambling or financial trading
The process, research and experience going into this service a derived from trading on the financial markets. We predict market movements just like any stock market trader, however the web sites we use converts these predictions into something called binary odds (or fixed odds). We prefer this method of trading the markets because it means we know our returns are fixed –no nasty surprises. Remember though the techniques going into the trade are anything but gambling.

I’ve been a member of other services and purchased other systems, how are you different?
Our unique service is geared around providing fixed odds recommendations and this is an extremely hassle free way for the general public to use the financial markets. How will you send me your recommendations?
They are sent out in the form of an e-mail to the private address you provide. We also provide a free text message alert system when we have sent you an important email that requires your attention.

How can I make payment?
We accept many payment types (Paypal, Nochex, cheques). All of which are outlined in our welcome pack including how to set these up.
